Fresh-Air Duct Upgrade – Bronx Residence Building

We designed and installed new sheet-metal duct runs and a high-performance inline fan to bring filtered, fresh air into this multi-family building in the Bronx. Tight ceiling clearances and existing utilities meant custom hangers, firestopping, and insulated ducts to prevent condensation and noise. The result is a cleaner airflow path that boosts comfort for every apartment while meeting New York code requirements and protecting the building envelope.
